Sometimes using a rolled-up towel to support your back can help to relieve back pain. Take a towel and roll it up. Then try putting it under your pelvis when you’re lying down. Laying on the towel helps to stretch out your back and relieve the pain. Using a back brace can help to relieve back pain as well, but it’s not good to wear it for a long time because then your back becomes reliant on it and your muscles become weak.
