Spondylosis

Spondylosis is a spine disease that is a type of arthritis that occurs due to the tearing of the spine. It occurs when discs and joints begin to degenerate and cause spurs to grow on the spine. Spondylosis is most common in people over the age of 65. More than 85% have cervical spondylosis. Some symptoms could be muscle spasms and pain, headaches, loss of balance, and poor coordination.
