Too much sugar in your diet can lead to weight gain and maybe even a spine condition! Soda, fruit juice, or other sweetened drinks may be linked with an increased risk for chronic pain. If you have any type of spinal problem it’s generally recommended to avoid anything with high sugar content. Drinking water is a much safer and healthier alternative.
