Traveling and going on vacation can be lots of fun and relaxing, but traveling with back pain can be tough. Here are some tips to make your traveling back-pain free:
- Choosing a good seat: Try to find a seat that gives you some extra space. The aisle seat is most likely to provide you with that. When you sit down, keep your shoulders and back straight. If you need some extra support, bring a small pillow with you to avoid straining your neck.
- Get up and stretch: Flights can be long which means you will be sitting for a while. Your back gets stiff after sitting for a while. Try and stand up and stretch every 30 minutes or so if possible
